The above means that, without exception, proposals submitted for evaluation for possible eventual publication should not have been published before, except in the form of an abstract in the memory of a scientific congress, nor should they be found in a similar process in another journal. Preliminary, incomplete or inconsequential research papers will also not be accepted. Our journal offers an effective way to publish: scientific papers resulting from original research, review articles, and scientific or technological notes.
