| Abstract: | ResumenEl presente artículo recopila el conocimiento geométrico plasmado a través de diseños textiles de diferentespueblos nativos de América. Puede verse cómo en el arte del tejido en telar, se transmiten distintosconocimientos, muchos de ellos asociados a sus creencias, a ideas religiosas, estatus social o político. Elmarco, en el cual se ha realizado la presente investigación, es la etnomatemática, estudiando así losconocimientos matemáticos transmitidos en forma oral y plasmados en las prendas tejidas. Es así como seestudiarán los tejidos guatemaltecos, realizados por descendientes del pueblo Maya, transmitiendo en ellosparte de su cultura, también se incluirá un análisis de la obra textil incaica, para luego finalizar con los diseñosrealizados por el pueblo Mapuche que habitan el sur del territorio argentino.AbstractThe present article compiles the shaped geometric knowledge through the textile designs by different nativetowns from America. We can see how art of the weave in loom, transmit different knowledge, many of themassociated to beliefs, to religious ideas, estatus social or political. The frame, in which the presentinvestigation has been realised, is the ethnomathematics, studying therefore the transmitted in oral form andshaped mathematical knowledge in woven articles. It is as well as the Guatemalan weaves will study, realisedby descendants of the Mayan town, transmitting in them part of their culture, also we will include an analysisof the inca textile work, soon to finalize with the designs realised by the Mapuche town that inhabit the southof the Argentine territory. |
