| Abstract: | La orientación profesional es una vía para lograr la educación de la personalidad de los educandos en el proceso pedagógico, siendo esta la forma más efectiva de alcanzar la reafirmación por la profesión en los estudiantes y prepararlos integralmente para enfrentar la vida laboral futura. En esta investigación, constituye la problemática científica ¿Cómo contribuir a la reafirmación por la profesión como etapa de la orientación profesional, en los estudiantes de primer año del Curso Regular Diurno en la carrera Cultura Física en la Facultad de Guantánamo? Para dar solución al problema científico se ha elaborado una metodología que contribuye a la reafirmación por la profesión como etapa de la orientación profesional, mediante el accionar del colectivo de primer año en los estudiantes del Curso Regular Diurno en la carrera Cultura Física en la Facultad de Guantánamo. Con la puesta en práctica de esta metodología el colectivo de primer año pudiera elevar el nivel de desarrollo de los intereses y la reafirmación profesional de los estudiantes en la carrera. El nivel de aceptación de la metodología es alto, evidenciado en el resultado conclusivo obtenido de la valoración del criterio de los especialistas al evaluar las fases sometidas a su juicio y de forma general en las categorías muy adecuada y bastante adecuada. |

| Translated abstract: | The vocational guidance is a way to achieve the education of the personality of the pupils in the pedagogic process; it is the most effective way to attain the reaffirmation for the profession in the students and to prepare them to face their future labor life. In this investigation the scientific problems is how to contribute to the reaffirmation for the profession as a primary stage of the vocational guidance in the freshmen of the Physical Culture major of the University of Guantánamo? To solve the scientific problem a methodology that contributes to the reaffirmation for the profession as a stage of the vocational guidance has been designed in order to involve the first year students in the work of the pre-grade course related to the Physical Culture major in Guantánamo Faculty. With the implementation of this methodology the major may improve the level of development of interest and the professional reaffirmation of the students towards the major. The level of approval of the methodology is high, it is evidenced in the conclusive result obtained of the assessment of the opinion of specialists when evaluating the phases submitted to judgment and in a general way it has been classified in the very adequate and adequate categories. |
