Resumen: The paper aims to compare the effectiveness in the development of entrepreneurial skills of young people based on entrepreneurial development programs of public universities in Zacatecas, Fresnillo and Guadalupe. Today there are several universities that offer Entrepreneur Development Programs, under the assumption that they positively influence the development of entrepreneurial skills of young people. Research in the first stage is exploratory, and the second stage is experimental with the application of the tests to those courses´ participants, and then after an co-relational research the variables suggested and the results are analyzed.
