| Abstract: | En este editorial del segundo número del 2019 de nuestra querida Revista CienciAmérica, he invitado a uno de los científicos más talentosos del hermano país Perú, para que podamos analizar un tema de central interés y que muchas de las veces, no se tiene total claridad de los detalles que se debe tener presente para escribirlo: el título de una investigación. Para lograrlo, a continuación, junto a Tomás Caycho-Rodríguez, presentamos un breve análisis sobre la realidad que se vive en el planteamiento de títulos de investigación de trabajos académicos realizados en Perú y Ecuador, para luego dejar en evidencia lo que se propone como títulos en revistas de alto impacto mundial, para cerrar el tema con algunas ideas que se deben tener presentes al momento de plantear un título de una investigación. |

| Translated abstract: | In this editorial of the second issue of 2019 of our beloved CienciAmérica Magazine, I have invited one of the most talented scientists from the brother country of Peru, so that we can analyze a topic of central interest and that many times, we do not have total clarity of the details that should be present to write it: the title of an investigation. To achieve this, then, together with Tomás Caycho-Rodríguez, we present a brief analysis of the reality that exists in the presentation of research titles of academic works carried out in Peru and Ecuador, to later expose what is proposed as titles in journals of high global impact, to close the topic with some ideas that should be borne in mind when proposing a research title. |
