| Abstract: | RESUMO: Neste artigo por meio da geografia do trabalho, temos a possibilidade de entender a configuração do processo de metabolismo do capital, transfigurada no embate da relação entre os sexos, permeada pela relação de classe. Entendendo que a relação de poder também permeia a relação entre os sexos, além da relação entre as classes sociais. Isso tendo em vista a percepção que as mulheres têm sobre a questão de gênero nos sindicatos e da jornada tripla de trabalho, ao ingressarem na militância sindical. Entendemos que as trabalhadoras são alienadas de sua condição de trabalhadora, reprodutora e mantenedora da reprodução da espécie, e que para isso necessita de apoio para suas necessidades de mães-trabalhadoras. O capital se apropria dessa condição, na medida em que não apóia esse processo de reprodução e também não facilita que o mesmo aconteça. Ao contrário, faz com que as funções inerentes à mulher sejam por ela individualmente resolvidas, o que acaba sobrecarregando-a na sua luta diária para cumprir a dupla e tripla jornada de trabalho. Apesar disso, apostamos que será por meio do sindicato que a mulher pode encontrar mecanismos de conscientização política e de saltar escalas, ou seja, é por meio da ocupação de funções nos sindicatos, mesmo que elas sejam secundárias, que a mulher pode trazer questões específicas de gênero para o sindicato. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Geografia; Trabalho; Sindicato; Gênero. ABSTRACT: In this work we look for to express the Geography of sort in the syndicates of President Prudente. For this, we look for to know which the paper of the syndicate in the question of the diligent woman in whom it touches the biggest participation of the woman of the syndicate, beyond the agreement of being diligent woman in the capitalist society. By means of interviews to the syndicalistic men and women, we look for to apprehend the participation of the woman in the syndicates. We could apprehend beyond the lack of interaction between workers of the base and the syndical direction, the alienation of the proper syndicalistic and diligent women, strengthened for the syndical structure extremely coed-opt and corporativista. In the direction of the syndical fights to be come back toward wages and jobs. Despite this, we bet that it will be by means of the syndicate that the woman can find awareness mechanisms politics and jump scales, or either, is by means of the occupation of functions in the syndicates, exactly that they are secondary, that the woman can bring specific questions of sort for the syndicate.
