| Resumen: | During 2003 twenty years of the bookmobile service restoration in the region of Murcia have been marked. This anniversary and the celebration of the I Congreso Nacional de Bibliotecas Móviles promoted by the Asociación Castellano-Leonesa de Profesionales de Bibliotecas Móviles (ACLEBIM), seems an opportune occasion to make some reflections on its evolution and future perspective in the context of the present information and communication society, general subject of this Congress. It´s also tried to determine the basic lines so that the service of bibliobuses indeed is a basic service to the information, culture and leisure access, through rural areas |

| Resumen traducido: | En 2003 se han cumplido 20 años de la restauración del servicio de bibliobuses en la Región de Murcia. Este aniversario y la celebración del I Congreso Nacional de Bibliotecas Móviles promovido por la Asociación Castellano-Leonesa de Profesionales de Bibliotecas Móviles (ACLEBIM), parecen una ocasión oportuna para llevar a cabo algunas reflexiones sobre su evolución y perspectivas de futuro en el contexto de la actual sociedad de la información y la comunicación, tema general de dicho Congreso. Se pretende igualmente determinar las líneas maestras para que el servicio de bibliobuses efectivamente sea un servicio básico para el acceso a la información, la cultura y el ocio en áreas rurales. |
