Decreto ratificatorio de sentencia declaratoria de nulidad matrimonial.

Se trata de una Decreto que ratifica la sentencia de nulidad matrimonial en Primera Instancia. El capítulo en que se funda es la incapacidad de asumir la obligaciones esenciales del matrimonio, por anomalía psíquica (c.1095, 3.º). Se exponen los fundamentos jurídicos y los hechos a que se aplican.

It deals with a decree that ratifies a sentence of marriage nullity in the First Instance. The point on which it is based is the incapacity of assuming the essential obligations of matrimony, by psychic anomaly (c.1095, 3.º). The legal fundamentals are presented as well as the facts to which they are applied.
